Travis Parker, MD

Travis Parker has practiced medicine as an emergency physician on Kauai for nearly 2 decades. Being able to surf the glassy waves and feel the aloha spirit have kept him here. Growing up in Colorado, Travis worked as a whitewater river guide, fly fishing guide and dog sled driver. He attended University of Colorado in Boulder, Albany Medical College, and completed residency training at Loma Linda University Medical Center.

Dr. Parker has served on the Kauai Hospital board for Hawaii Health Service Corporation. He continues to serve as ER Director for two of Kauai’s emergency departments and is currently chief of staff at Samuel Mahelona Medical Center.
If the waves are bad, you can find him training for an ultra runner/Iron Man or playing guitar in his physician garage band.
