Margot Karr, PA-C
Margot is a Colorado native with a longstanding connection to the islands beginning with relocating with her family to Hilo, HI as an elementary school student. She
completed her undergraduate studies with The University of Hawai’i – Manoa and Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, CO. She later earned a Master of Science in
Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona,
CA. Margot is an Assistant Teaching Professor with the University of Washington MEDEX NW Physician Assistant Program campus in Kealakekua.
She has a special interest in addiction medicine and is a certified PCSS instructor with medications for opioid use disorder. Margot was a competitive gymnast and is a self-proclaimed cat lady. She enjoys spending her time outside gardening, in the ocean, the mountains, snowboarding, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
