Lisa Jacobson, MD
Vice President, Medical Affairs
Lisa is the Vice President of Medical Affairs. She has been with HEPA since 2016 and previously worked with the Emergency Medicine residency programs at University of Florida – Jacksonville and Georgetown University. She completed her residency training at Mt. Sinai in New York and graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She currently works primarily on the island of Oahu.
She has previously chaired the ACEP Simulation Education Committee and continues to teach at national simulation courses.
Off the clock Lisa and her husband, Dr. Berk, who is the current medical director at Adventist Health Castle, are chauffeurs, sideline cheering squads and personal chefs for their sons and they very much enjoy global travel whenever possible.
