Antigoni Trigatzi, APRN
Antigoni Trigatzi, APRN grew up on the 9th island of Las Vegas, NV. She started out as a pediatric ER nurse and then transitioned to community ER. She has been an ER nurse for 10 years now. In 2018 she moved to Hilo and worked at Hilo Medical Center as an ER nurse for 4 years. She trained with Dr. Dolan in Hilo for her family nurse practitioner (FNP) degree in 2021. After going back to school for FNP, she quickly realized that the emergency department was where she belonged. She then did a post graduate emergency medicine residency through Rocky Mountain University and trained with the HEPA docs at Hilo Medical Center in 2022. After graduation, she went back to the mainland to work for Team Health in a rural setting to gain more experience before coming back to Hawaii. Hilo has felt like home since day one. Antigoni loves teaching and nerding out over EM. In her free time, she is usually looking for something delicious to eat, a new adventure to go on or pretending to be a surfer.
