Adventist Health Castle

AHC is a community hospital  with a 24-bed ED within the Adventist Health System with a level III trauma designation. The emergency department sees 36,000 patients annually.  Shifts are 8-9 hours with double coverage during daytime hours. The hospital has 160 inpatient beds (28 psychiatric) providing stroke, STEMI, medical, surgical, psychiatric, and OB services. UH medical students rotate through the department. EMR is Cerner.
